Hi! How do you like the new look? Another one of my goals for this blog this year was to improve the look of it. What do you think? I'm loving more room to write and for bigger pictures! I also like that I don't just have a tiny little column that everything squeezes into. So, yay for changes! I hope you like it too.
Today's recipe is another one of Jacie's. She's really got some good ones and I love it when they're quick and easy! My kids are big fans of chili as well as Fritos, so this casserole was a big hit around here! So, thanks again, Jacie, for another stellar recipe!
Here's what you'll need:
1 lb. hamburger
1-2 Tbsp. dried onion OR 1/2 onion, chopped
1 can chili
1 (10oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 bag Fritos
1 C. cheese
In a greased 9x13 inch pan, layer 1/2 the Fritos and half the cheese.
Brown the hamburger with the onion and salt and pepper.
When cooked, add the chili, cream of chicken soup, and tomato sauce to the hamburger. Combine well and simmer for 5 minutes.
For your next layer in your pan, add all of the meat and chili mixture.
Top that with the other half of Frito's...
...and then the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
So easy! I love it!!!!

This is the best recipe ever! I have a very picky husband. I made this for dinner & he loved it!! I think a layer of jalapeno's would make it even better but hubby doesn't like then so...
My family would love this recipe. It is a perfect meal for a damp and chilly winter day. I am new to your blog, so I took some time to browse through your earlier posts. I'm so glad I did that. I really like the food and recipes you share with your readers and I'll definitely be back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary

Welcome everyone! I'm so happy to have you!!
What size tomato sauce?
I used an 8 oz. can, b5brandy.
hi what kind of chilli did you use?
I just use a 16 oz. can of something like Hormel chili. Hope this helps!
ok thanks =) i'm making your crockpot roast beef right now!!!!
I found this recipe courtesy of pinterest and I am glad I pinned it! This has become my new favorite comfort food! The only change to the recipe is I used a can of Rotel tomatoes. It gave it a nice kick without being too spicy. Thanks for this awesome recipe!
Yummy meal the whole family enjoyed!
Does it make the chips soggy??
Making This for dinner tonight! Looks awesome and simple for the kiddos!
I really wish people would ALWAYS add nutrition info with their recipes
It does soften the chips. This is one recipe that I prefer to finish the night it's cooked. I'm not a big fan of the texture of the chips the next day.
Patti, thanks for the comment. I'm not a pro at blogging, so if you know how I can go about getting the nutrition info for each of my recipes, I'd love to learn how. Feel free to email me at all-things-delicious@q.com.
Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment!!
Thats pretty rude to me. If you don't like the way she blogs find someone else to follow that is your style.
can you add a print button link? other than that, page was laid out well and liked the photos.
My family loves this....we make it often :) thanks a bunch!
Absolutely exquisite!!!!
Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe!
Making this tonight :)
Was there ever a printer friendly option added?
Looks super good! Can't wait to try! Your blog looks great by the way! :)
This is so yummy and has been a family favourite of ours! To avoid soggy chips instead of tomato sauce I use a small can of tomato paste and I find it is less loose over the chips leaving them crunchier. YUM!
